Carb Rotation Diet Review Basics:
Overview – |
The Carb Rotation Diet by Jayson Hunter is a system designed to help you lose weight fast when you have something big coming up you need to drop a few pounds for. The first thing you notice about the site is that is splits out men and women to two different sites, the information is only tweaked in each different version to compensate for the different genders, but it is refreshing to see someone making the effort to customise them more. The salespage talks about how the author is a registered dietitian who has study diet and nutrition for years, this appears to be backed up by the depth in which the book talks about nutrition and the effect diets have on the body. The main system is this book is ‘carb rotation’ whereby you alternate over 3 days between eating a high amount of carbs, a low amount, and none at all. This is to stop your body reacting badly to a diet like it usually does where it tries to go into ’survival mode’ and store fat in case you run out of food any time soon. The guide does not cover any exercise, the heart of it seems to be the diet which is covered in detail, it doesn’t give full meal plans in the normal version (but does give a good list of foods you can eat and the recommended serving size at the back of the guide). If you want full meal plans for every day of the recommended 30 days you follow this diet for, then there is a Platinum option which gives you that. |

Carb Rotation Diet Review – The Good & The Bad:
Pros |
- Goes into detail about good nutrition and healthy eating - Keeps your metabolism in check while you diet - Some good bonuses for both men and women |
Cons |
- Does not cover exercise in any detail (other authors cover this in the bonuses, but would have been nice to have an exercise programme that really compliments the diet) - You need to calculate your body fat before you begin, the calculator provided is very crude – a much simpler and more user-friendly one could be provided - Too many bonuses, hard to work through |

Carb Rotation Diet Review Overall: |
This is a good source of information about nutrition and has a robust 30 day diet to follow which users have had good results with. It doesn’t include a good enough exercise plan, instead using the bonuses to get other people to tell you how you should be exercising. A bit pricey as well, but if you want to visit the site click the link below to go there. |
