The Strip That Fat product combines a 95 page guide along with an easy to use online meal generator. The guide gives some great tips on how to eat more healthily, how to monitor portions sizes, exercise in front of the TV etc, but it never actually discusses the meal generator at all.

So you are left with no idea why you should eat the meals they give you, what problems might crop up, how to adjust things if they are not working as they should be etc.

We also purchased the upgrade and the extras are ok, but not fantastic. The recipes are taken from other people’s websites and put into a pdf, the ab guide gives just some tips then 5 ab exercises to follow and some videos they found on Youtube. The CalWorries guide which is supposed to be a ‘second diet’ for you to follow is just talking about how to restrict your calories to help you lose weight, which the main guide should have gone into anyway.

There just doesn’t seem to be enough explanation to help you get the most out of the meal plans they generate for you or work out how to eat healthily after you finish their 14 day program. You might be better off with something like Fit Yummy Mummy of Fat Burning Furnace which have more depth to them.
