He does touch upon nutrition and exercise, but those are just some pointers rather than a real solid plan to follow, so it might be wise to find another product which gives you a healthy eating plan for afterwards.

But the author is confident that as soon as you follow the plan and start to change the way you think that you will automatically start to lead a healthier and happier life without having to follow any strict plans.

One huge tip we can give you though is to only read the pages for the day you are on, the guide is quite long and it did drag at times as we had to read all 208 pages in one sitting to review it! So read only the pages for that day, then do the the exercises and stop reading until the next day.

That means each day you get some more motivation and explanations about the system, and some new exercises to follow, if you try to read it all at once you might get overwhelmed by all the information and never start!

The bonuses are mostly short motivational guides, the self-assessment bonus is good, it allows you to see where your strengths and weakenesses are at the moment so you know where to concentrate on.
