This program is aimed at mothers who want to lose weight after giving birth, but I believe it would serve just as well for any woman who wants to lose weight.

It is structured into 3 parts, first you get introduced to some of the concepts in the book and taught how to set goals and prepare yourself so you are more likely to stick to it.

Then you are taken into the nutrition section and given a 16 week plan to follow where you eat a much healthier diet and learn from a set of good eating habits every week to change the way you eat for the long term.

Finally you are instructed how to do some simple exercises to accelerate the program and tone your body as well. Nothing too scary, just some interval training and light dumbbell or medicine/exercise ball work for a total of 90 minutes a week.

Everything is covered in detail and you get a quick walkthrough of each exercise as well. You also get 4 levels of workouts so there is a plan for everyone no matter their starting level of fitness.

The bonuses are not that good, they seem to have just been added for the sake of it, a few are ok but the rest are not needed, I’d just concentrate on the main guide.

The Deluxe upgrade is good, you get 5+ hours of audio files which give some good information on time management and on eating right. The other 2 audios are interviews with the author to talk through what is in the book.

You also get 60 days free access to the author’s membership site which gves new workout plans every month and other tips as well as having coaches to help you out and an active forum too.
