This product is centred around the Master Cleanse system which was first developed in the 1940′s and has been popular ever since. While we can’t recommend the actual cleanse as we don’t know if it is safe or not (see your doctor before you try it!) then if you are considering going on the cleanse then this product promises to give you advice based on the authors experience with using it.
Fortunately that is exactly what the author does, first he introduces you to the cleanse, what benefits it is supposed to give, what you need to buy and what he thinks will help you get more out of it and make it easier to stick to.
Then he takes you through mental preparation for the cleanse and a 3 day warm up routine to ease you into it which will help you stick to it, rather than having to just stop eating solid food one day and switching straight to liquids.
He also discusses the best method to come out of the cleanse, why you should not stick to it for longer than 3 – 10 days like some people do, and what to expect as you do it and how to combat some of the symptoms you may experience.
He also discusses how to use the cleanse to lose weight properly (it is not designed for that but lots of people use it for that which is why we wanted to review it). It is clear the author knows a lot about the process and that he believes in the power of the cleanse to help you become healthier.
The other guides are less helpful, the next one is for long term cleansing or if you struggle with the full cleanse, then there is a guide on the dangers of normal drinking water that looks like he is just trying to sell you a filter system, finally you have the success journal which is a collection of sheets you can use to tick off elements of the cleanse as you do them to keep track.
The upgrade gives you three more guides which are not very good. But after you purchase if you sign up to his email newsletter you get a free report on how to eat healthily after you come off the cleanse and what he does to stay vibrant and healthy, which is short but very interesting.
If you are thinking of trying the Master Cleanse to detox anyway then this is a great product to guide you through the process and help you get the most out of it, if you are just trying to use the cleanse to lose weight then you might prefer one of the other diets we have reviewed.
