Eat Stop Eat Quick Review:

The Eat Stop Eat system revolves around the idea of intermittent fasting for 24 hours one or two times a week to cut down the calories you are eating and effectively put you on a low calorie diet (while also providing some other health benefits at the same time).

The author put a lot of effort into backing up his claims and discusses why fasting is usually such a taboo subject in the guide. The way the author advises you to do the fast allows you to never go a full day without eating (you’ll have to read it to see, it is unfair to reveal too much of the contents) which really helps you stick to it rather than starving for an entire day!

As this is a low calorie diet then you should be doing some exercise involving weights to keep your muscles healthy, that is discussed in the book. However the author only provides you with guidelines of what to do and doesn’t give you any actual exercise plans or details of good exercises for you to do so you would need to find some good exercises yourself.

The bonus in the Deluxe version is only really for people looking to build big muscles, it is a very comprehensive guide but not that well suited to the main guide which doesn’t talk that much about building big muscles…

The other items in the Advanced version are better, the ‘Ten Day Diet Solution’ guide is short but very good, the audio file on ‘Why diets stop working’ is quite surprising, but if you follow this particular diet then you don’t suffer from the problem he describes so it is not essential to know.

The Advanced audio files are good to get more of a background into the system but don’t really give any more steps for you to follow to get more out of the system like you would expect.

So in conclusion it is a unique dieting idea backed up by references to scientific studies throughout, that is easy to follow and people are more likely to stick to in the long term than something that requires preparing lots of special meals etc.
