Warp Speed Fat Loss – Quick Review:

Warp Speed Fat Loss is a controlled 28 day diet and exercise regime that is designed to maximise weight loss and sculpt your body into a new shape quickly.

You are given exercises to do 6 times a week along with meal plans for every meal you have to eat for the full 28 days, although you can swap things in and out or create your own meals as they give you guidelines on servings of protein/carbs/fats along with a list of foods and what makes up a serving.

In this new 2.0 version then there is also a set of meal plans which give you less variety so you aren’t constantly having to make new meals and can just repeat ones you like, as well as a simpler method to help you create your own meals if you struggle with the servings chart in the main meal plans.

The exercise combines interval training (not running and cycling, this is a new type) and strength training and you do need to be reasonably fit before you start this program. So you might want to do a ‘warm up’ version of the system before you start the real one (no ‘warm up’ version is given, but you could concoct your own).

You get a good range of products, including two mastermind calls where the authors answer FAQs from customers, along with a short guide on how to tone your abs and one concentrating on losing weight temporarily for special occasions (weddings etc).

Bear in mind the program is just for 28 days and there is no information about continuing after that 28 days (other than a 10 – 14 day transition period to ease your body back to normal meals). A short guide on how to eat healthily long term and an action plan to accompany it would have been nice.

It is an expensive program but it gives a solid plan to follow backed up by two professionals (a trainer and a nutritionist), it is a little disorganised at times but if you can see past that then it gives cutting edge information.

Customer service was really bad with v1.0 but they seem to have fixed that now so their score has gone up to 4 stars.
