Intro: Let’s face it, potato chips might taste amazing but they are not going to help your waistline if you munch through a pack are they? The worst thing is how accessible they are, a small pack is easy to eat while you are on the move or as a quick snack at work, while a large pack is perfect for when you have friends over or while you watch a movie, and then they have a huge range of delicious styles and flavors too, they are just everywhere!

We are looking at the reduced fat potato chips today which makes these better for you than a lot of other varieties, but if you look below you can see they are still 20% fat. Combine that high fat content with high carbohydrate content too and it doesn’t matter if you believe a low fat or a low carb diet is the best way to stay slim these will be awful either way! So please enjoy them in moderation.
