Weight Loss God’s Way Review Basics:
|
Overview |
|
Weight Loss God’s Way by Dr Frank Schmoot is a 208 page guide that tries to focus on what he believes if the root cause of our weight problem, our minds. He highlights the fact that people who lose weight often put it right back on again, and says that this is because people have self sabotaging belief and such a poor self image that it drags us back to the overweight and miserable state that we started at. To really be happy and keep the weight off then the author teaches you how to restructure your thinking so that you naturally want to eat and be healthier. It is a 7 week program and each day you have to do a series of exercises from the guide to help evaluate where you are in life and how you need to change your thoughts and beliefs in order to change the way you look at yourself and your weight, plus actual exercises to make those changes. It is an extremely long guide (208 pages) and can drag on a bit, although we had to read it all the way through in one go for this review, so one piece of advice that is crucuail if you want to use this product is: Read the guide one day at a time, stop when it moves Week 1, day 1 starts at page 9, so read from the start right up to page 21 when it gets to day two then STOP. I know it will be tempting to carry on but you will get much more out of it when you read it a bit at a time, and you won’t be overwhelmed that way either which could lead you to stop. The whole guide is essentially a self-improvement guide (which make sense as the author is a psychotherapist) and if you can follow all the steps and do all the tasks I think it will clear out all the clutter from your mind and help you in all areas of your life not just weightloss. It touches briefly on eating right, and briefly on exercise, but you only get some tips on that as the author believes that as soon as you sort out your mind then you will start to automatically look after yourself more. The bonuses are short and very motivating, the real client emails is about 135 pages long and that includes some proof that people are getting results and some idea of problems you may encounter or feelings you may experience as you go through the course, along with the author giving his response to the clients so it is almost like a big FAQ. The fitness bonus was disappointing as while it is 165 pages in length then parts of it are literally in the main guide word for word, and again it totally centres on changing your mindset and doesn’t really go into anymore detail and give you an exercise plan to follow. |

Weight Loss God’s Way Review – The Good & The Bad:
Pros
- Teaches you how to clear out all your old limiting beliefs and totally transform the way you look at yourself
- The author’s passion shows through and it motivates you throughout to carry on, stick to it and change the way you think
Cons
- It is a long and wordy guide at times, and there is a lot to do so you need to dedicate upto 30 minutes a day to doing the exercises if you want to get the benefits
- Lacks detail on how to eat healthily and exercise, it does give some tips which are useful, but lacks any real structure to guide someone who is super motivated to change their life after doing all the other exercises

Customer Support |
|
The author is a weight loss and success coach and welcomes you to contact him, his email address is given throughout the guide. We sent a test email to him on a Tuesday at 19:45 and just 1 hour 5 minutes later we had a friendly and helpful email back from Dr Frank! Plus on the site you get an email address, mailing address and good old fashioned phone number too. Like many other programs we have reviewed then it could benefit from a forum, but with the level of support that the author offers, and his willingness to have you email or even call him for support, then while it can’t get 5 stars as it doesn’t have a forum, then it deserves 4.5 for being some of the best service we’ve seen so far. |
