Wedding Day Diet Review Basics:
|
Overview |
|
The Wedding Day Diet system by Matt Marshall is a 30 day fat loss plan that the author claims he used himself to lose over 15lbs of fat in 30 days and totally transform his body. He has then written down everything he did and adapted it slightly for women and turned it into a way to lose lots of fat quickly before your wedding. Essentially it is a low calorie and low carb diet combined with a lot of cardio 6 days a week and some weight training 3 times a week. The author does point out that it will be a lot of hard work and you need to put in the effort if you want to get the results. As a diet and exercise system then it has its merits and if you follow it for the 30 days it looks like it will get results because you are cutting carbs out, cutting calories way down, and exercising to burn even more calories off. Of course please consult with your doctor before you embark on anything like this! As a product though then it is lacking in many areas. For instance it starts off telling you that you need to put the effort in and he will tell you exactly what he did for every step and you have to just follow him. Then proceeds to give you guidelines about what to eat, tell you nothing about the weight training exercises he did and gives 1 weeks worth of his cardio program with some vague advice about what he started to do afterwards but you have no clue how he integrated the new exercises, how many days a week he did them or anything like that. You do get 1 weeks worth of meal plans for you to follow, but you are going to have to adjust them for your protein and fat requirements and then just repeat them for the full 4 weeks unless you can think up your own menu based on his guidelines. Weight training is discussed but no workout is given, then in a bonus guide you are told a possible workout you can do and directed to a website to go grab some exercises for the body parts he recommends you train (not exactly step by step so far…) Cardio is discussed, essentially the first week is a fast walk for an hour a day, then you do more intense but shorter workouts later. Add on 30 mins 3 times a week for the weight training too. Calories are not discussed, it says to keep your intake below your maintenance level, yet you are not told how to calculate your maintenance needs so you have no idea how to do that… The bonuses are flimsy, the weight training information should have been in the main guide where it is supposed to be, the other two should have been merged into one as they are both about abdominal exercises, and even together they would only be a few pages long so they could have been in the main guide too. We purchased the upgrade too which was disappointing, it is only 21 pages long, with most of that talking about how good the type of exercise is, then you are given two workouts which are already in the main guide, then 2 workouts which were not. So if 2 pages more were added into the main guide then there would be no need for the upgrade… As you can see then the product is frustrating at times, but if you can follow it then you should get some good results in the short term, after your wedding then you will have to learn how to eat healthily to keep yourself slim! Due to its intense nature though then make sure you consult your doctor before you do anything. It lacks guidance at times, particularly in what to eat, if you are ok with a strict and intense plan for a month to try and shed weight for your wedding then you might like Warp Speed Fat Loss which gives every meal you should eat for the full duration and every exercise you should do, that stops any guess work from tripping you up like with this diet. |

Wedding Day Diet Review – The Good & The Bad:
Pros
- Gives an intense 30 day plan which the author has followed and had good results with
Cons
- Does not give enough guidance at times, definitely not step by step for the 30 days
- Does not teach you how to eat long term so after your wedding you may put the weight right back on
- Requires you to spend an hour a day at the gym 6 days a week, which particularly for people who have been sedentary for a while then it is going to be tough to keep up

*Most people will never even finish reading the product let alone take any action on it! So the results above are far from typical.

Customer Support |

The author claims that as part of what you are buying you get his personal email address so he can help you succeed, yet when we emailed in a test question we had an autoreponse saying that email no longer worked and to try a new one. So we emailed the new one with our question, waited 2 weeks then sent another email to chase up and we still haven’t heard anything 3 weeks after our first email. So getting his personal email address for help is a joke! Clickbank.com handle all your payment queries and a refund if you want it, so we will grudgingly give this 1 star for that reason. |
