Intro: I talked about muffins a few days ago and I said that the blueberry muffin is my favourite by far. The others are a bit sweet and sickly, ones with icing on or jam in them etc, but the blueberry one has a totally unique taste, and I assume is also better for you. Although actually, looking at the stats for this an oat bran muffin then the oat bran one contains a lot more vitamins and minerals, and the mixed grain one we looked at a few days ago has even more than that one!

So those two must be the healthiest muffins you can buy, and then this one is probably a lot healthier than the other varieties. Also the details below don’t take into account the beneficial antioxidants that are found in blueberries, so that is something else to think about. I wouldn’t really care if it was the most unhealthy muffin you can buy though – because I love the taste!
