Cinnamon-Raisin Bagel Nutrition Facts
Item: Bagels, cinnamon-raisin
Category: Baked Products

Serving size analysed: 57g, 1 bagel
Intro: People love bagels, they are easier to eat than bread (the shape allows you to bite into them and not get the contents dribbling down your chin!) and taste great. You can have all sorts of toppings on them too, although the most popular topping seems to be cream cheese.
The data below is for the cinnamon raisin bagel which I have yet to try, but I imagine the raisins will add a nice sweet tang to every mouthful, and I love cinnamon so that will add a warm and tasty element to it as well. You can see that there are a fair amount of carbs and calories in a bagel, so make sure you don’t eat them every day!
